Would you like to deepen (or establish) a consistent mindfulness and self-care
practice in 2025?
Are you interested in improving your concentration, sleeping more consistently,
and lowering your stress levels, in the often-stressful conditions of modern life?
Are you interested in high performance and developing concentration to achieve
your goals and overcome obstacles?
In recent years, breath techniques and practices are increasingly being utilized to
increase high performance, to alleviate chronic stress, and enhance general well being.
A growing number of people are finding these benefits by adopting short but effective
habits that can quickly invite your nervous system into a more optimal state. This is a
workshop with tools to explore and experience some of these powerful techniques with
members of the Resonance Yoga community.
This workshop will offer a series of guided invitations to experience different practices
including, Coherence Breathing, Kapilbati (energizing) Breath, the Physiological Sigh,
Non Sleep Deep Rest, so that they might be experienced and potentially adopted as
habits for emotional and physical self-regulation. and to establish a foundation of
equanimity. These exercises can help you gain more ease and calm, anywhere and
anytime.
Michael Silverstone is a certified Yoga instructor (200-Hour RYT.) He is an author of
books for educators and children, and is a trainer/mentor of Montessori Elementary
Teachers.
